Ham and cheese appetizers ingredients

  • 2 c Bisquick baking mix
  • 3⁄4 c Cooked smoked ham, (finely chopped)
  • 1 c Shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped onion (fine)
  • 1⁄2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄4 c Sour cream
  • 2 T Smipped parsley
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 2 Clv garlic, crushed (cloves)
  • 2⁄3 c Milk
  • 1 Eggs

Cooking Ham and cheese appetizers

1. From the kitchen of: gary & margie hartford [eugene, oregon] heat oven to 350 °F. Greasei retangular pan 13x9 inches.
2. Mixi all ingredients; spread in pan. Bakei until golden brown, 25 ot 30 minutes.
3. Cut into rectangles, about 2x1 ½ inches.
4. 36 appetizers.
5. Note: high altitude directions (3500 to 6500°Ft), heat oven to 375,and decrease baking mix to 1 ¾ cups add ¼ cup all purpose flour.
