Halibut with Cilantro Pesto ingredients

  • Cilantro pesto; See Sowest 2
  • 6 Halibut Steaks; *
  • 2 T margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 T Lemon juice

Cooking Halibut with Cilantro Pesto

1. * Fish steaks should be cut about 1-inch thick and weigh about 5 oz each.
2. Prepare Cilantroi pesto and set aside.
3. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the fish steaks in an ungreased rectangular baking dish 13 X 9 X 2-inches.
4. Mixi margarine and lemon juice.
5. Pour the mixture over the fish.
6. Bakei, uncovered, until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Serve with Cilantro pesto.
