Halibut broccoli pie ingredients

  • 3 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Flaked halibut
  • 1 c Finely chopped onions
  • 1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
  • - thawed and drained
  • c Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Bisquick baking mix
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Lemon pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Minced garlic
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried thyme leaves

Cooking Halibut broccoli pie

1. Mixi 2 cups cheese, halibut, onion and broccoli together and place in a 10" greased pie plate.
2. Beat milk, eggs, bisquick, lemon pepper, garlic and thyme.
3. Pour over halibut-broccoli mixture.
4. Bakei 400 °F. For 25-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
5. Top with remaining cheese and bake 1-2 minutes longer to melt cheese.
6. Cool 5 minutes and cut into wedges.
7. Garnishi with tomato and parsley.
