Ground Beef Pie with Creamed Potato Topping

Ground Beef Pie with Creamed Potato Topping ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1⁄4 c undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1⁄4 c Toasted Bread Crumbs
- 1 c Chopped green pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato Topping:
- equivalent of 6 servings of
- instant potato mix
- 4 oz Sour cream
- 1 c Grated cheese
- 2 strip bacon -- fried crisp
Cooking Ground Beef Pie with Creamed Potato Topping
1. Mixi all ingredients well.
2. Place in a ungreased 10-inch pie plate.
3. Bakei at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Pour off excess fat from meat.
5. Potatoi Toppingi: Follow package directions for potatoes, substituting sour cream for milk.
6. Carefully spread over top of meat pie. Sprinkle cheese on top. Criss cross bacon on top. Broili for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
7. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
