Grilled Wiener Winders ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb bacon slice
  • 8 beef frankfurter
  • 8 Scallions

Cooking Grilled Wiener Winders

1. Sautei bacon in a skillet, over a moderate flame for 3-4 minutes per side to soften.
2. Drain well on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels.
3. Cut a lengthwise split into frankfurters, without cutting through.
4. Place a scallion into each split.
5. Wrap a bacon slice around each frankfurter, enclosing scallion.
6. Secure with wooden picks, bamboo skewers, or metal skewers.
7. Bbq, grill, or broil until bacon is crisp and ends of scallion have charred slightly.
8. Serve hot, with assorted condiments to the side.
