Grilled turkeyspears with 3 sauces ingredients
- 18 oz Turkeybreast Filets
- 3 Lime
- 3 1⁄2 oz Mild Pepperoni, sliced
- 2 Corn Cobs
- 2 T Oil
- 1⁄2 T Chili powder
- Sauce 1:
- 1 3⁄4 oz Sweet Cream
- 1 Banana, soft, mashed
- Curry, salt, pepper
- Sauce 2:
- 3 1⁄2 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 3 1⁄2 oz yogurt
- Pepper
- Sauce 3:
- 3 1⁄2 oz Sweet Cream
- 1 3⁄4 oz Cranberries, jellied, mashed
- Horseradish to taste
Cooking Grilled turkeyspears with 3 sauces
1. Mixi the juice from one lime with the oil and the chilipowder together.
2. Cut the turkeyfilets into cubes.
3. Slice the limes into thin slices.
4. Cut each corncob in half.
5. Take all and put on long scewers and spread with the oilmix and grill for about 10-15 minutes.
6. For the sauces mix all the ingridients together and put in bowls and serve with turkey.
