Grilled Tuna Steak with Worchestershire ingredients
- 8 Tuna steak, 8 oz
- 1 Salt
- 1 t Black peppercorn, ground
- Sauce-
- 4 T worcestershire
- 4 T white wine vinegar
- 4 T olive oil
- 4 T White wine, dry
Cooking Grilled Tuna Steak with Worchestershire
1. Combine all sauce ingredients together.
2. Set aside.
3. Seasoni the tuna steaks with salt.
4. Coat with ground black pepper.
5. Grilli the tuna over a hot charcoal grill, cooking each side for 2 minutes.
6. Arrange on serving plates.
7. Serve with the sauce on the side.
8. Serve with steamed potatoes, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
