Grilled Tarragon Chicken

Grilled Tarragon Chicken ingredients
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken br
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄3 c butter or margarine, melted
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 2 t Minced fresh tarragon -- or
- 1⁄2 t Dried tarragon
- 1⁄2 t garlic salt
Cooking Grilled Tarragon Chicken
1. Recipe by: Taste of Home April/May 1995 Spread mustard on both sides of chicken; sprinkle with pepper.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
3. COmbine butter, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic salt.
4. Grilli chicken over hot coals until juices run clear, basting with butter mixture during last 3-5 minutes.
5. Yield 4 servings.
