Grilled Tarragon Chicken ingredients

  • 2 t Dijon mustard
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken br
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1⁄3 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 t Lemon juice
  • 2 t Minced fresh tarragon -- or
  • 1⁄2 t Dried tarragon
  • 1⁄2 t garlic salt

Cooking Grilled Tarragon Chicken

1. Recipe by: Taste of Home April/May 1995 Spread mustard on both sides of chicken; sprinkle with pepper.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
3. COmbine butter, lemon juice, tarragon and garlic salt.
4. Grilli chicken over hot coals until juices run clear, basting with butter mixture during last 3-5 minutes.
5. Yield 4 servings.
