Grilled swordfish steaks ingredients

  • 4 8-oz. swordfish steaks
  • 1⁄2 c Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 T margarine; melted
  • 1 t garlic Powder

Cooking Grilled swordfish steaks

1. Marinatei fish 5 minutes per side in teryaki sauce.
2. Spray grill with a non-stick coating.
3. Grilli fish over medium coals 5-6 minutes per side, basting frequently with melted margarine.
4. Seasoni with garlic powder.
5. Check fish for flakiness when done.
