Grilled saddle of venison ingredients

  • -venison filets, cut
  • - one and a half inch thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • butter

Cooking Grilled saddle of venison

1. Fileti the venison.
2. Slice the filets into pieces an inch and a half thick.
3. Salti and pepper them and spread lightly with butter.
4. Grilli as for steak (5 minutes on each side).
5. Serve very rare.
