Grilled Pork Chops with Fennel Stuffing

Grilled Pork Chops with Fennel Stuffing ingredients
- 4 large pork chops
- Salt, pepper, and paprika
- 4 t Cooking oil
- 2 Shallots, peeled and chopped
- 1 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 T butter
- 2 sli white bread, broken in small pcs and soaked in -
- 1⁄3 c Milk
- 1⁄4 fennel bulb, chopped
- 1⁄4 c Shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 sli ham, chopped
- 1 T Chopped parsley
Cooking Grilled Pork Chops with Fennel Stuffing
1. Prepare the stuffing by mixing together the shallots, garlic, softened butter, soaked white bread, chopped fennel bulb, ham, parsley, and swiss cheese.
2. Seasoni lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Season large porkchops with salt, pepper and paprika.
4. Use a sharp knife to make a slice in the pork chops.
5. Put some of the stuffing inside, then seal the edges using thread and needle for stuffing.
6. Rub oil on the chops, then cook on a very hot grill for about 5-8 minutes per side.
7. Garnishi with parsley and serve with boiled or steamed fennel.
