- 2 large Plantains
- Cayenne to taste
Cooking Grilled plantains
1. Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form rectangular pieces about ¼" thick & about 2" long.
2. Sprinkle with cayenne & grill or broil for about 6 minutes, or until just tender.
