Grilled Mutton Chops with Herbs ingredients
- 8 mutton chops
- 3 T assorted dried herbs / spices
- 3 T olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 large Tomatoes
Cooking Grilled Mutton Chops with Herbs
1. Assorted dried herbs include: thyme, laurel leaf, oregano, powdered cumin, basil, flat parsley, and rosemary.
2. Brush mutton chops with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
3. Coat both sides with the herb mixture.
4. Grilli over a hot charcoal grill or cast-iron skillet for about 5-8 minutes on each side, until cooked.
5. Slice tomatoes in half.
6. Remove seeds, then grill for 3-5 minutes.
7. Serve the grilled mutton chops with tomatoes and mustard - if desired.
