Grilled mixed veggies ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb Mixed vegetables
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 T basil, chopped
  • 1 T thyme, chopped
  • 1⁄2 t Onion powder
  • 1⁄4 t Pepper
  • 1⁄8 t mustard
  • 1⁄8 t Paprika
  • 1 ea Garlic clove, minced

Cooking Grilled mixed veggies

1. If using potatoes, halve and cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain.
3. Prepare other veggies as needed.
4. Prepare seasoning mixture and brush on prepared vegetables.
5. Preheat gas grill.
6. Place vegetables on a piece of heavy foil or on grill rack.
7. Cover and grill until tender.
8. Turn occasionally and brush with seasoned mixture.
