Grilled lime-cilantro chuck steak

Grilled lime-cilantro chuck steak ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 lb Boneless beef chuck eye
- -steaks, cut into 1 inch
- -thick
- 3 T Fresh lime juice
- 3 T water
- 1 T Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 large Cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 t Ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Grilled lime-cilantro chuck steak
1. Combine lime juice, water, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, garlic and cumin.
2. Place chuck eye steaks in a plastic bag; add marinade turning to coat.
3. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.
4. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
5. Place steaks on grill over medium coals.
6. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
7. Carve into thin slices.
8. Serves.
