Grilled Lamb with Spanish Sherry Sauce ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb lean American lamb leg steak
  • 3 russet potato
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 c Dry sherry
  • 1⁄2 c Honey
  • 2 T Tomato paste
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Onion
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Fresh ground black pepper

Cooking Grilled Lamb with Spanish Sherry Sauce

1. Spanish Sherryi Saucei: In small saucepan, combine sherry, honey, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
2. Simmeri five minutes.
