Grilled Lamb Kabobs ingredients
- 15 lb Boneless Lamb
- 2 T Ground cumin
- 2 T garlic
- 2 T Salt
- 1 T Black pepper
- 1 T Dry mustard
- 1 T Turmeric
- 2 c Plain Yogurt
- 1 c Scallions

- 3 Bay leaf
- c Ginger
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cucumber
Cooking Grilled Lamb Kabobs
1. Combine ingredients-mix well.
2. Cover and chill for 6-24 hours, drain well.
3. Thread onto skewers.
4. Broili or grill to desired doneness.
5. Serve hot, on the skewer.
