Grilled herb mustard steaks 2 ingredients
- 2 Beef top loin steaks
- -OR Rib eye steaks boneless, cut 1" thick
- -- (well-trimmed)
- HERB MUSTARD
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 t water
- 2 T Dijon-style mustard
- 1 t Dry basil leaves
- 1⁄2 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 t Dried thyme leaves

1. Preparation time: 25 min. In glass measure, combine garlic and water; microwave 30 seconds on high.
2. Stiri in remaining mustard ingredients; spread onto both sides of beef steaks.
3. Place steaks on grid over medium ash-covered coals.
4. Grilli top loin steaks uncovered 16 to 18 minutes (rib eye steaks 12 to 14 minutes) for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
5. Seasoni steaks with salt, as desired.
6. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices.
