- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 T Ground ginger

Cooking Grilled Game Hens
1. Place hens in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container.
2. Add remaining ingredients (up to 2 tablespoons ground ginger); seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Remove hens, reserving marinade.
