1. CLEAN SEAS BREAM, REMOVE FINS AND MAKE INCISIONS ON BOTH SIDES MARINATE WITH SALT, PEPPER, LEMON JUICE AND WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE TURN IN PEANUT OIL AND GRILL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH ARRANGE ON A GRATIN DISH GARNISH WITH LEMON WEDGES SERVE SAUCE SEPERATELY.
