Grilled eggplant ingredients
- 1 large Eggplants
- 1⁄3 c Butter (or marg.), melted
- 1⁄2 t garlic salt
- 1⁄2 t Italian seasoning
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
Cooking Grilled eggplant
1. Peeli the eggplant, and then cut into ¾" slices.
2. Combine butter, garlic salt, and italian seasoning; stir well.
3. Brush eggplant sliced with butter mixture, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Place eggplant about 3 to 4 inches from coals.
5. Grilli over medium coals 10 minutes or until tender, turning and basting occasionally.
