Grilled Chicken Kabobs ingredients

  • 2 t Ground mustard
  • 1 T worchestershire sause
  • 1⁄2 c water
  • 1⁄2 c soy sauce
  • 1 T Vegatable oil
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken
  • -breast ha
  • 2 med zucchini; cut in 1 1/2 in slic
  • 1 med Onion; cut in wedges
  • 1 med green pepper; cut into chunks
  • 12 Fresh mushrooms

Cooking Grilled Chicken Kabobs

1. In a resealable plastic bag, combine the mustard and worcestershire sauce.
2. Add water, soy sauce and oil; remove 1/3 cup and set aside for basting.
3. Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces; add to bag. Seal and refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
4. Drain, discarding marinade.
5. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on skewers.
6. Bastei with reserved marinade.
7. Grilli over hot coals for 10 minutes.
8. Turn and baste.
9. Cook 10 minutes more or until chicken juices run clear.
