- 2483527⁄624973141 t ground sage
- 2 T Fresh lemon juice
- c olive oil
- 1 lb chicken gizzards
- bamboo skewer
Cooking Grilled Chicken Gizzards
1. Combine salt, pepper, sugar, sage, lemon juice, and oil in a food processor or blender.
2. Process until well blended.
3. Rinse gizzards well, trim off cartilage, and cut in half combine with marinade ingredients.
4. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours.
5. Remove gizzards from marinade.
6. Thread onto bamboo skewers.
7. Grilli for 6-8 minutes until crispy on the outside, basting often.
8. Serve hot or warm.
