Grilled Chicken Cutlets with Asparagus ingredients

  • 6 oz chicken cutlets, pounded lightly
  • 12 asparagus spears, blanched al dente
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 6 clv caramelized garlic
  • 1 Lemon, zest and juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine
  • 1 T fresh chopped sage leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Grilled Chicken Cutlets with Asparagus

1. Use 2 tablespoon of olive oil to brush the asparagus bundles and then the chicken breast.
2. Preheat the grill.
3. Place the chicken on high heat, sear and then turn after a minute or when the chicken is lightly brown.
4. Grilli the asparagus on high heat until hot. preheat a sauté pan on the grill or side burner.
5. Add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, then add the chicken, garilic, lemon zest and juice, white wine, sage, and black pepper.
6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then place the asparagus on top. Cover the sauté pan on a side burner or close the cover of the grill for 4 minutes, then serve.
