Grilled chicken breast ingredients
- 2 WHOLE chicken BREASTS, HALVE
- 1 BONED, SKINNED, AND butterFL
- 1⁄2 c olive oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 T HERBES DE PROVENCE
Cooking Grilled chicken breast
1. Sautei rice with oil in a heavy skillet until it is opaque.
2. Add water, with salt if desired.
3. Cover and cook over low heat until done--about 20 minutes.
4. Cool. Add vegetables, pine nuts, and olives.
5. Include other items if you wish: thinly sliced hard salami or artichoke hearts.
6. Tossi with dressing.
7. Dressingi: blend garlic, anchovies, herbs, lemon juice, oil and vinegar.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
