Grilled Chicken 1 ingredients

  • 1 Whole chicken
  • Onions
  • 1 garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Grilled Chicken 1

1. Cut the chicken into serving size pieces, remove skin and wash.
2. Make a marinade by finely mashing the onions and garlic.
3. Add salt and pepper to the marinade.
4. Mixi well with a non-metallic utensil.
5. Cover the chicken pieces in the marinade in a glass or plastic bowl for one to ten hours.
6. Referigerate for the duration.
7. Cook slowly over a charcoal grill, where the flames have died out and only burning coals remain, 30 to 40 minutes.
