Grilled Cajun Shrimp ingredients
- 20 med Shrimps, peeled and deveined
- ***CAJUN COATING MIX***
- 1 orange -- (juice of)
- 2 Lime, juice of
- 1 lemon -- (juice of)
- c Dijon mustard
- 1 t Tabasco
- 1 t Chopped garlic
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 3 T dry jerk seasoning -- (caribbean or jamaican)

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Black pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 1 t Cider vinegar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
Cooking Grilled Cajun Shrimp
1. Make the Cajuni coating mix by combining the above ingredients in their given or der. Mixi well in a bowl.
2. Preheat grill.
3. Dip shrimp into the Cajun mix to coa t evenly.
4. Place on hot grill and blacken each side (5 to 8 minutes= TOTAL grilling time).
5. Enjoy hot or cold with lemon.
6. (Served 4- depending upon course) * NOTE: This Cajun coating mix has a variety of uses.
