  • 1 t Dried thyme
  • 2 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c pure maple syrup*
  • 3 t Jack daniels whiskey
  • 1 t Vegatable oil

Cooking Grilled Breast Of Chicken w/Maple Whiskey Glaze

1. *Note: chicken breasts should be boned, skinned & split.
2. Rub thyme over both sides of chicken breasts.
3. Combine syrup, whiskey and oil. Marinatei breasts in the refrigerator for several hours.
4. Grilli or broil breasts, basting frequently with marinade for a shiny brown glaze.
