Grilled Andouillettes *Bistrot* ingredients
- 8 andouillettes
- 1 c white wine
Cooking Grilled Andouillettes *Bistrot*
1. Using a fork, punch holes in the sausages.
2. Transfer to a 2-inch deep baking dish.
3. In a small saucepan, bring white wine to a boil, then light it up to make a flambe.
4. Pour the flaming wine over the sausages, then leave it immersed in the wine for about 30 minutes.
5. Cook the Andouillettes over a hot charcoal grill or cast iron skillet - about 5-7 minutes.
6. Serve straight off the grill with potato chips, mustard, and white wine.
