Grill Quail With Braised Leek ingredients

  • 3 Quails
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 T Oil
  • 1 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 small leek
  • 90 g butter

Cooking Grill Quail With Braised Leek

1. Remove necks from quail.
2. Cut along backbone round to breast bone.
3. Combine sauce, honey, oil and garlic in small bowl.
4. Brush mixture over quail.
5. Stand for 2 hours.
6. Sprinkle skin of quail with salt and pepper.
7. Grilli quail on both sides until tender.
8. Serve with leek.
