Grill poached salmon ingredients
- 2 lb Salmon Fillets -- or steaks
- 2 T butter
- 1 t Salt
- 6 sli Lemon -- (thin)
- 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine
- Few grains pepper
Cooking Grill poached salmon
1. Cut salmon into serving-size pieces.
2. Place each piece on a square of heavy duty aluminum foil.
3. Double thickness of foil may be used.
4. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, top with butter, a slice of lemon and drizzle with wine.
5. Close package securely and cook on the grill for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
6. serves 6.
