Greens with orange dressing

- 1 1⁄2 T Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 T Orange
- 1 pn Salt
- 1⁄4 T Ground pepper
- 1 1⁄4 T Hazelnut oil
- 2 Endive
- SEPARATE LEAVES
- 1 bn Watercress
Cooking Greens with orange dressing
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, orange zest, 1 t. of water, the salt & pepper.
2. Let the dressing stand at room temperature for 15 min. in a large bowl, combine the endive & watercress.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the leaves and toss to coat.
4. Divide equally among 4 salad plates & serve.
