Greens with dijonnaise vinaigrette ingredients

  • 2 T Light mayonnaise
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Pn Salt, pepper and granulated
  • Sugar
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 14 c assorted greens

Cooking Greens with dijonnaise vinaigrette

1. In small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
2. Gradually whisk in olive oil. (dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours.
3. Whiski to recombine).
4. Place greens in salad bowl.
5. Pour dressing on top; toss gently to coat.
