Green-olive relish ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Pitted, cured Green Olives
  • 1 t Minced garlic

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Olive Oil, extra-virg. pref.
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground
  • Black pepper, to taste

Cooking Green-olive relish

1. * originally used as main condiment with "grilled bluefish with green-olive relish, smoked tomatoes, and fennel.
2. " in a medium-size bowl or jar, combine all ingredients except salt and pepper.
3. Mixi well, then add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and refrigerate.
