Green peas and mushrooms

Green peas and mushrooms ingredients
- 1 c water
- 2 c Green peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 t Vegetable oil
- 4 large Mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Green onions, chopped
- 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
Cooking Green peas and mushrooms
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, add peas and cook 5 minutes or until just tender.
2. Drain.
3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick skillet and saute mushrooms and green onions until tender.
4. Combine with peas and toss with soy sauce.
