Green and gold squash

- Yield:
Green and gold squash ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb Zucchini
- 1⁄2 lb yellow summer squash
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 t Dried leaf oregano
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1 t Virgin olive oil
Cooking Green and gold squash
1. Slice zucchini and squash in thin rounds.
2. Mixi with garlic, oregano, and pepper, and place in a steamer basket over boiling water.
3. Cover and steam 2 minutes or until just tender.
4. Remove from basket to serving bowl and toss with oil.
