Greek salad ingredients

  • 1 head of Lettuce
  • 3 Tomatoes, peeled
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 2 Green Pepper
  • 1 Bunch Roka (Greek Watercress
  • 1 -OR- substitute or watercres
  • 3 T Vinegar
  • 1 T Salt
  • 12 Black Ripe Olives
  • c olive oil

Cooking Greek salad

1. Cut lettuce and other vegetables very fine.
2. Tossi mixture with vinegar, salt, and black ripe olives.
3. Pour olive oil over all; let stand for ΒΌ hour to ripen and serve.
