Greek salad ingredients
- 1 head of Lettuce
- 3 Tomatoes, peeled
- 4 Spring onions
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 2 Green Pepper
- 1 Bunch Roka (Greek Watercress
- 1 -OR- substitute or watercres
- 3 T Vinegar
- 1 T Salt
- 12 Black Ripe Olives
- c olive oil
Cooking Greek salad
1. Cut lettuce and other vegetables very fine.
2. Tossi mixture with vinegar, salt, and black ripe olives.
3. Pour olive oil over all; let stand for ΒΌ hour to ripen and serve.
