Greek Chicken/ Pasta Salad ingredients
- 500 g penne pasta,cooked,drained
- 1 cn whole pitted black olives
- 1 14 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 bn Green onions
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 1 Green Pepper Thinly Sliced
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Sliced Mushrooms
- 5 oz Italian dressing
- 250 ml Feta cheese, crumbled
Cooking Greek Chicken/ Pasta Salad
1. in a large skillet or wok, heat all ingredients except cheese and pasta until cooked, but still slightly crunchy.
2. add pasta and some of the olive juice and the italian dressing and 1/2 of the feta cheese.
3. heat through and serve with crumbled feta sprinkled on top.
4. (just as good the next day chilled, but may need some more dressing or liquid).
