Great gazpacho

Great gazpacho ingredients
- 3 c Vegetable or tomato juice
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 med Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Green bell pepper, minced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 med Cucumber, diced
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Dried tarragon
- 1 t Minced fresh basil
- 1 pn Ground cumin
- 1 ds Hot sauce
- 2 T olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Great gazpacho
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
2. Hint: out of time? forget al the mincing and chopping.
3. Cubei the vegetables, then throw all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend slowly until the vegetables are chunky and the soup is well blended.
4. Preparation time: 15-40 minutes chilling time: 2 hours.
