Grated kohlrabi

Grated kohlrabi ingredients
- 3 Kohlrabi, trimmed & peeled
- Salt
- 4 T butter
- Sweet marjoram
Cooking Grated kohlrabi
1. Gratei kohlrabi, toss lightly with salt and allow to sit in a colander for 30 minutes.
2. Squeeze water out. Melt butter in a saute pan and stir in the kohlrabi.
3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Uncover and cook another 2 minutes until lightly browned.
