Grapenut Bread ingredients

  • 1 c Grapenuts
  • 1 Eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c Milk
  • 3 c flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
  • 4 t baking powder
  • 1 t Salt

Cooking Grapenut Bread

1. Combine grapenuts, egg, and milk.
2. Let stand 1/2 hour, add sugar.
3. Sifti flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt.
4. Add to first mixture.
5. Mixi thoroughly.
6. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bakei in moderate oven (400 F) about 1 hour.
