Grapefruit vinaigrette ingredients
- 1 Ruby grapefruit (about ΒΌ Cup) -- juice only
- 1 Lemon (juice only)
- 1 Orange (about 2 tablespoons)
- Juice only
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 T Grapefruit zest
- 2 T Champagne wine vinegar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Corn oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Grapefruit vinaigrette
1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, reduce the citrus juices and sugar to 2 tablespoons.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, and add the zest and champagne vinegar.
3. Whiski together while drizzling in the combined oils, and add the salt.
4. Makes about 1 cup. Serve with black-eyed pea-crab salad.
