Grapefruit Crunch ingredients

  • 2 large grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 2 T Honey
  • 1⁄2 c Granola
  • 3 low fat graham crackers
  • Vegetable spray

Cooking Grapefruit Crunch

1. Spray a small oven casserole with the vegetable spray.
2. Line the bottom of the pan with graham crackers.
3. Place the grapefruit segments on top. Cover with the granola and honey.
4. Bakei for 4 to 5 minutes and serve.
