1. Wash grapes.
2. Separate skins and pulp.
3. Simmeri pulp until soft.
4. Remove seeds.
5. Combine skins and pulp.
6. Add 2/3 cup as much sugar as combined skins and pulp.
7. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until juice sheets from spoon.
