Grape Frozen Yogurt ingredients

  • 4 c red California seedless grap
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cold water
  • 1 Unflavored gelatin
  • 8 oz Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar

Cooking Grape Frozen Yogurt

1. Pureei 3 cups grapes; set aside.
2. Coarsely chop remaining grapes; set aside.
3. Pour water into small saucepan; sprinkle with gelatin.
4. Let stand 5 minutes.
5. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves.
6. Place mixture in bowl.
7. Combine yogurt and vanilla; gradually add to gelatin mixture and stir until smooth.
8. Add sugar; mix thoroughly.
9. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
10. Add pureed grapes; stir until well blended.
11. Pour into ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturers directions.
12. Halfway through freezing process, add reserved chopped grapes.
13. Allow frozen yogurt to ripen for 1 hour.
