- 3 oz Cream cheese

- 2483527⁄624973141 t Kosher salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Freshly ground white pepper
- 12 super colossal olive
- Lemon Zest
- Pine nuts
Cooking Gorgonzola Stuffed Olives
1. Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor.
2. With machine running-add olive oil in a thin stream.
3. Process until thickened.
4. Add blue cheese and cream cheese-mix well.
5. Seasoni with salt and white pepper to taste.
6. Thin with half & half as needed to a piping consistency.
7. Spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a large star tip. Pipei onto olive halves.
8. Garnishi with toasted pine nuts and lemon zest strings arrange onto a serving platter.
9. Serve at room temperature.
