  • 1 t Orange, grated rind of
  • 2 T butter, melted

Cooking Gooseberry pie

1. Mixi together and let stand 15 minutes.
2. Line 9-inch pastry tin with pastry, add fruit mixture, cover, slit in several spots to allow steam to escape.
3. Bakei in hot oven, 450°F.
4. 15 minutes and decrease to moderate, 350°F.
5. And bake 30 minutes longer.
