Golden Raisin Bread (Bread Machine) ingredients

  • FOR 1 1/2 LB. LOAF
  • 1 pk yeast
  • 2 c Bread flour
  • 1 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1⁄4 c Wheat germ
  • 1⁄4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 T butter
  • 3⁄4 c Golden Raisins
  • 1⁄4 t Ground ginger
  • 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
  • 1 1⁄2 c Warm water

Cooking Golden Raisin Bread (Bread Machine)

1. Put all the ingredients in the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push start.
2. NOTE: A sweet, different version of raisin bread.
