- 1 Sliced medium onion
- 1 small Minced clove garlic
- 5 c water
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sliced Carrots
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Long grain rice
- 2 T chicken bouillon mix
Cooking Golden carrot soup
1. Salti and chopped parsley melt butter in medium saucepan.
2. Sautei onion and garlic until tender.
3. Add water, carrots, rice and bouillon mix. Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
4. Spoon vegetable mixture, parts at a time, into blender.
5. Cover and blend until smooth.
6. Add salt and parsley to taste.
7. Makes 4 servings.
