- 372529⁄-2009260032 c thick coconut milk (first extraction) 3 c thin coconut milk (second extraction)
- 2483527⁄624973141 kg brown sugar cake (panocha)
- 1 t Anise seeds
Cooking Glutinous Rice Pudding
1. Wash rice, then cook in thin coconut milk.
2. Set aside.
3. Cook sugar-coconut sauce by melting sugar cake in thick coconut milk; add anise seed.
4. Add cornstarch to thicken.
5. Spread cooked rice in pan lined with aluminum foil or banana leaves.
6. Spread sugar-coconut sauce on top. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Then broil 5 minutes to brown topping.
